Upon it's discovery, cartloads of human bones were found and removed. There are several ghosts that inhabit the castle and they continue to spook visitors today.
This episode's cocktail is called the Red Lady. It's named after one of the ghosts that haunts Leap Castle. She was brutalized there and she is said to haunt the halls wearing a red dress carrying a dagger.
THE RED LADY
3 oz. Irish whiskey
1 1/2 oz. sweet orange liquor
1 1/2 oz. grenadine
1 freshly squeezed lemon
Lemon lime soda
Shake first four ingredients over ice. Strain into two coupe glasses and top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
